Associação Humanitária Domus offers companies the opportunity to combine their willingness to contribute to the development of the community with a program that will strengthen their team.

Our corporate volunteer program is an opportunity for companies to actively fight against housing poverty in Portugal by participating in the construction of homes for and with families in need.
This program consists on the participation of a team of volunteers from a company in one or more construction days in one of the projects of Associação Humanitária Domus. During this period, the team will help build or rebuild a house for a needy family. Depending on the state of construction, the team will have the opportunity to carry out various tasks, which can range from the foundations of the house to finishing work such as painting.
The organization has a local accommodation property where teams can stay overnight and strengthen business, professional and personal ties, boosting productivity and a sense of belonging in the team.

The construction activities provide challenges that, to be successfully carried out, require teamwork, communication and problem solving.
Associação Humanitária Domus provides supervision and monitoring of the team on site, equipment and construction materials.
